THE POSITION

Coordination of projects, planning, scheduling of resource and progress reporting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

– Provide key MS project planning skills to help support several Automation projects
– Work with the Project managers and key dept heads to ensure resources and tasks are kept up to date
– Highlight slippage and work with the team to recover by realigning resources and tasks
– Attend key projects meetings and highlight schedule conflict
– Communicate and highlight problems with the schedule and work with the teams to resolve
– Report on progress to plan
– Provide expertise to the wider team on MS project planning, resourcing and progress reporting

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

– Highly competent in MS Project Planning and resourcing
– Good communication and collaboration
– Track record of planning large projects to time
– Experience of working within a project team
– Focussed on delivery and results, meeting target dates
– Coordination between depts to re plan
