A Message to our Customers & Partners

At Mpac Group Companies, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our priority is safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our people, our customers, our global partners and our community at large.

We are continuously monitoring the status of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) and adhering to all Government regulatory advice on a daily basis, and we will continue to work in accordance with all official guidelines to ensure we navigate these challenging circumstances appropriately, with everyone’s health and wellbeing as the number one priority.

We have introduced a wide variety of measures across all workplaces to minimise the impact and risk to the best of our ability during this time.

Internally, our employees have all been encouraged to work from home where possible and the appropriate equipment has been issued where feasible.

For those in the workplace, we have enforced rigorous cleaning regimes, personal hygiene advice and supplies, and have ensured that all employee workspaces are sanitised daily. We are following the Government’s social distancing rules and our wider team are in constant communication to ensure employee health and wellbeing is upheld.

Externally, as we have restricted travel; we are utilising our state-of-the-art video-conferencing infrastructure to host meetings with our customers and suppliers to ensure its business as usual. Visits to the Mpac Group facilities are limited and managed on a case-by-case basis, with the approval of management and in accordance with Government guidelines.

We are also in constant communication with our suppliers and have been assured that there are currently no concerns regarding our supply chain, and as such our customers’ projects remain on schedule.

We want to reassure you that we’re fully committed to maintaining excellent customer service throughout these challenging times and our global teams are here at your service.
